Ever thought about writing a book? Many health and life coaches have amazing stories to tell. And if you're the creative type, like I am, then you have alot of idea that will benefit others.
The challenge is to get organized so that you can put your ideas into motion. And of course, as health and life coaches, we know the value of coaching!
I've been working on a book for several months. The idea has been in my head for several years. Having survived bulimia (and anorexia), my personal story has helped lots of people. One of the best ways to help the masses is to write a book. It could be a regular book or an ebook. Ebooks are becoming very popular and they have very little up front costs.
One day a few months ago I woke up, set my daily intention and went on with my day. My intention was to stay with the flow of my hearts desire. I went into my kitchen and proclaimed (to my three chihuahua's) that today was the day I'd move forward with my writing.
I then packed my bag, walked the dogs and drove to Bikram Yoga in Williamsville, NY which is where I've been practicing for the past three years. And the best way to top off my yoga practice is by visiting my local Buffalo Co-Op so of course, naturally I had to go there.
I walked in ever so happily and tadaa!!! On the bulletin board at the front entrance was a simply flyer that said, "Kathleen Murien Writing Coach." I took a little pull tab that had her phone number listed and was delighted!
A few days later, when I had time to chat, I called her and immediately made an appointment to start. I knew she was the right one.
The following week I made my way to her small studio apartment where we had our very first writing session! WOW did I learn alot!
She is brilliant, fun-loving, articulate, inspirational and very spiritual. Her grounding manner yet creative nature is awesome.
